Caitlin Webster (Past Speaker)

Caitlin is the People & Culture Lead at AbCellera, a Vancouver-based biotech that integrates cutting-edge technologies in immunology, microfluidics, genomics, bioinformatics, and computation to accelerate the discovery and development of next-generation therapeutic antibodies. Prior to joining AbCellera, Caitlin worked predominantly in the investment industry before moving to London to pursue her MSc in Human Resources and Organisations at the London School of Economics. After graduation, Caitlin worked in recruitment at Amazon's London headquarters before returning to Vancouver to embark in her exciting adventure with AbCellera.
