Jacqueline Roeder (Past Speaker)

Jacqueline Roeder is a dynamic and innovative executive with vast experience and demonstrated success in human resources strategy.  She is an expert in global expansion, talent acquisition, retention, and compensation and creates award-winning leadership development programs and robust teams of customer-focused professionals.  Her work in driving domestic and international succession planning and compensation, including sales compensation, from development to implementation has proven to be a valuable asset.  

Recently, as the Corporate Director of Human Resources for Prolacta Bioscience, Jacquie implemented talent acquisition and retention programs focused on leadership and essential positions. Crafting coaching, training, and career planning programs, she also developed a powerful employer brand through positive employee engagement which reduced turnover and improved employee satisfaction. 

Prior to joining Prolacta Bioscience, Ms. Roeder was the Global Director of Human Resources for Cambro Manufacturing, a leading global manufacturer of durable goods for the food service industry.  During her term, she reported directly to the President of the organization and served on the leadership team.  She is credited with the creation and management of global reward, recognition, development, and diversity and inclusion strategies.  She also played a key role in the design and execution of both succession and compensation plans.  

Her earlier career activities involve various HR Leader and Managerial roles with multiple public and private companies, including 6 years with ABM Industries, and 8 years with Alliance Corporation.  She has supported thousands of employees and has been responsible for the overall people strategy in most of her positions.

Jacqueline received her Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Science in Human Resources Management from CULA, and she holds a DDI certification from Development Dimensions International.
