Mariah Robbins (Past Speaker)

Mariah Robbins is A-dec’s Vice President of Global Human Resources.

Mariah joined A-dec in 2014 as our Professional Relationship Manager. Over the last five years, she has worked as a Customer Experience Manager, Global Training Manager, Director of Global Sales & Technical Training, and most recently as the Director of Global Human Resources. Prior to A-dec, Mariah worked for Portland State University as a Project Manager and Research Associate where she managed research projects at the Oregon Healthy Workforce Center, as well as projects for DAS, the EPA, and the City of Portland. She has consulted on organizational development projects with Fortune 500 companies, designed employee safety and wellness intervention programs, and has served as Recruitment and Retention Manager. Mariah holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Willamette University, a Master's degree in Adult and Continuing Education / Political Science, a Doctor of Philosophy in Public Affairs & Policy, and coauthored a textbook, "Research Methods and Statistics for Public and Nonprofit Administrators."
