Paul A. Montague (Past Speaker)

Paul A. Montague was named Vice President, Human Resources at RTI in June 2017. Montague has 25 years of diverse global HR and leadership experience with a focus on building organizational capability and team performance. Over the course of his career, Montague has supported every organizational function, region and business across multiple companies and industries.

Prior to joining RTI, Montague served as Vice President of Global Functions for Kellogg's. Prior to Kellogg’s, Montague held leadership roles including Vice President, Human Resources for Europe & Asia and Vice President, Human Resources for the Americas at Johnson Controls. Earlier in his career, Montague was the HR partner leading the creation of Baxter Healthcare’s Global Device Center of Excellence and GE Healthcare, as the HR leader for the Computed Tomography, Nuclear Medicine and PET businesses.

Montague earned a Master of Science in industrial relations from Iowa State University and a Bachelor of Arts in international management and French from Central College.
