Scott M. Allen (Past Speaker)

Scott Allen is the Vice President of Global Total Rewards for PPD (Pharmaceutical Product Development, LLC), a global organization of 21,000 employees located in all regions across 48 countries. PPD’s mission is to help customers deliver life-changing therapies while bending the cost and time curve for drug development and optimizing value for its customers. During Scott’s extensive career in Total Rewards and HR Operations management, he has had the pleasure of partnering with executive leadership in the chemicals, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, technology and manufacturing industries… delivering reward and recognition solutions and strategies that attract, retain, engage and motivate an ever changing workforce. In addition to his degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Syracuse University, Scott graduated from INSEAD’s International Executive Business Administration Program in Fontainebleau, France and holds the designation of Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS). While Scott is passionate about his work, he also enjoys spending time with his family. He has been married to Karen for 29 years and they have two children, a dog and two turtles.
