Tina Durocher-Murphy (Past Speaker)

Tina Durocher-Murphy is the SVP, Human Resources for PRA Health Sciences.

Tina is committed to providing the best HR solutions that help transform the business. She is a respected HR executive who creates and fosters an engaging culture committed to growth, teamwork, professional development and to improve patient lives. Tina joined PRA Health Sciences in 2018 as Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources.  Prior to PRA Health Sciences, Tina spent 9 years with Quintiles / IQVIA and 12 years with Abbott, including an overseas assignment in Asia.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point and her master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Springfield College. She enjoys volunteering with many organizations. Her primary involvement is with the American Red Cross where she is the Board’s Vice Chair.  She also partners with Dress for Success and Light the Night.
