I am a results-oriented physical security practitioner with a unique blend of experience conceiving as well as implementing sustainable improvements that reduce risk and optimize business performance. 

In 2005 I was hired by Amgen Inc., to improve the effectiveness the talent acquisition group responsible for supporting the enterprise information systems groups after 9 years of supporting Amgen as an external talent acquisition specialist.

After successfully improving the effectiveness of my group I was tasked with helping to implement several global applicant tracking systems, I-9/E-Verify, deemed exports, recruiting process outsource as well as integrate with HireRight as a single global provider for pre-employment screening.

In 2013 I was given the opportunity to join the global security group to better align pre-employment screening with internal investigations and other personnel protection programs such as insider threat mitigation, workplace violence prevention, crisis management and traveler safety.

In addition to my professional experience I hold a Bachelor’s of Science in HRM from Northern Arizona University, A CPP certificate from the American Society Industrial Security (ASIS) and an Advanced Workplace Violence Prevention certificate from the Threat Assessment Group (TAG).
